I have enjoyed educating students for more than two decades. I have been licensed to teach math and English in public schools at the middle- and high-school levels and was a high school math teacher for seventeen years in Massachusetts. I have taught small group math, algebra 1, algebra 2, geometry, precalculus, and calculus. I've taught English, too, and I can often help students with other subjects, as well. I've always found tutoring and extra help to be a favorite part of working as an educator. In fact, I became a teacher after tutoring for several years and loving it. I listen carefully to my students so I can teach them where they are; it's the best way to start them on their way to where they need to go.

Currently I work at English camps for kids in Germany during the spring and summer. It is a 24 hour job. Kids come to the camps on Sunday, and they leave on Saturday. We teach an English lesson in the morning, we do outdoor activities in the afternoon, and we organise games and programs in the evening. During the winter, I teach English online and in person. Last winter I worked in Bulgaria at an English school, and this year I am in Spain as an English language assitant at an elementary school.
