This allows students to develop a genuine passion for their chosen field and ultimately demonstrate greater enthusiasm and competence in the admissions process. Additionally, I provide GCSE and A-level tutoring in maths and physics, as well as teaching maths to students from age 11 upwards. Because of my high score on my SAT and my status as an international student, I received a full-tuition scholarship that was exclusively meant for international students, and after spending one year as a freshman, I got into a position of a Resident Advisor and basically got myself into a full-ride scholarship with no fees to worry about. I tutored all math-related subjects (arithmetic, algebra, pre-calculus, calculus, and some higher mathematics courses), but I especially enjoy teaching SAT prep and high school / middle school mathematics since I had the most experience tutoring in these subjects. I think my teaching philosophy is to connect with my student first, and then try to figure out what problems they are facing so that they can understand and overcome the obstacle that lies ahead.
