Hola! My name is Cecilia. I am a certified tutor from Mexico, I love teaching Spanish and have been doing this for more than 5 years. I have experience teaching both children and adults. I also hold a Masters in Education, a Certification for teaching Spanish as a foreign language, and a BA in Pedagogy. I like to teach my lessons, by tailoring to the student's interests, skill level, and individual learning styles. Also, during my lessons, my students have the opportunity to practice and achieve proficiency with the four basic linguistic skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. I plan unique and dynamic lessons by incorporating a variety of digital and multimedia resources, including videos, audio recordings, pictures, grammar charts, and games. An important part of my teaching approach is practicing guided conversations that reflect real-life situations, allowing students to improve their Spanish skills and gain confidence in expressing themselves. I believe learning a new language is a very enriching experience. However, it can also present challenges.
