After seven years of teaching test prep at all levels and three additional years teaching sixth grade math within New York's charter school system, I've decided I'd actually like to do what I'm best at: help people learn! **The first 30 minute session is always free.** As a pre-med student who has been tutoring others and has been receiving tutoring in various subjects since middle school, I know what it feels like to be the student and I know the most effective teaching methods, simplifying the information so that it is never daunting for students. I take my time with each student and would prefer that you fully understand a few topics, rather than incompletely understand every topic we originally set out to cover. I teach biology on all levels from elementary to university intro-bio course level.
