I'm a Debate teacher for kids age 8 and up, doing after-school and full-time summer camps, for which I independently plan the curriculum and lessons we cover. We are now doing them REMOTELY, so I know how this works. In the past I volunteered with Reading Partners of Los Angeles, tutoring elementary school children from underserved communities. I was also captain of my college's Speech & Debate team and taught my teammates about the art of competitive debate. Prior to those, I managed several restaurants where a large part of my duties was to train crew members and develop new managers-- I did that for about 4 years. Plus, I was a camp counselor all throughout high school!
