I don't have a preference for any particular approach. I can use them all, as each teaching method depends on the students' actual needs and can be easily interchangeable. My teaching style is primarily student-oriented. I follow a humanistic methodology, not only in teaching but in most aspects of life. However, a significant part of my work is also goal-oriented—I aim to see results from my efforts.
