Hello, my name is Elifsu. I am from Istanbul, Turkey but I am currently living in St. Andrews, UK. In the last 4 years, I lived in Toronto, Paris, and in the South of France at different boarding schools. I did my IB diploma at Sainte Victoire International School (SVIS). I took Chemistry HL and got a 7 in Paper 2 and an overall 6. I passed my IB examinations in May 2022 and I am currently a first year (undergraduate) biochemistry student at the University of St. Andrews. As I I’ve been to different international schools, I have a good understanding of different curricula such as American Diploma, OSSD, A-Levels and more, however I am most comfortable with IB. I love tutoring and helping others understand chemistry, as not too long ago, I was in the sme situation as my students. I love to encourage my students to achieve the best version of themselves, which is why in the first lesson I really want to hear about the student’s expectations.
