Hi, I am Tutor Douglas. My English-teaching career started during early childhood. Since my father was in the Air Force, every few years we moved from one Air Force base to another; consequently, my childhood friends from many different countries were interested in learning the English language. It became incumbent upon me to teach it to them. My exposure, at a young age, to many languages and language teaching incepted a lifelong English educational journey for me. It began with the acquisition of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications-Journalism at a university in the U.S. I then hosted a nationwide radio show in the U.S. for two years where I received intense coaching toward the refinement of my accent and pronunciation.
