My experience started when I went to college in Chicago, where I worked for two different after-school tutoring organizations. While there I also had jobs as a private tutor. Back home in Austin, Texas, I have continued my education online, earning many academic awards and honors. Through my degree program I also gained more tutoring experience by helping student teach undergraduate-level science courses and tutor students in biology. My most recent experience includes homeschooling my Kindergartener, who is thriving and testing at a 1st grade level per nationally normed standardized tests. I enjoy tutoring and teaching and am confident in my ability to help students of all ages understand the subjects that are difficult for them.
