Hello! My name is Ms. Jane Elieff and I'm an experienced, patient, and passionate educator with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and nearly 12 years of tutoring and teaching experience. I have taught in Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 4th grade, and 5th grade classrooms. Additionally, I have over 1,500 volunteer hours with children and over 300 hours in elementary college practicum experience. Combined, I've spent close to 18,000 hours teaching or tutoring children. I have extensive experience teaching all elementary foundational reading and math skills such as word recognition, fluency, comprehension, number sense, and number operations. In our one-on-one sessions, your child will receive private, individualized instruction that is based on their specific needs. Additionally, I am very passionate about neurodivergent students. This passion is largely driven by my personal journey with ADHD. I have extensive teaching experience with many neurodivergent learners such as students with ADHD, ASD, and more. In addition, I have previously taught an online 1:1 class where I provided executive functioning coaching/mentoring for many students, all of whom were neurodivergent. My ultimate goal is to empower all students, both neurodivergent and non-neurodivergent, by helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to navigate their learning more effectively. I truly believe that every student has the potential to thrive, and I'm here to guide them along that journey!
