I also have expertise in more advanced topics like designing portfolio management models, end-to-end delivery workflows, change management techniques, process creation and monitoring, etc. I don't believe in a cookie cutter curriculum - everyone starts from a different place and has different requirements so our first step will be to identify your specific needs and then design an approach that meets your goals.
