Writing has always been my passion, in every form it takes, and I've built my career around it: I currently work as an editorial assistant at a publishing company, where I write and edit content and review writer submissions every day. My teaching experience has grown out of both formal and informal settings. In college, I co-led TEDx, working one-on-one with student speakers from their very first draft all the way through their final delivery on stage, helping them find the core of what they wanted to say and shape it into something that actually sounded like them. Outside of that, I grew up as the oldest of four siblings and have spent years informally coaching my younger siblings, cousins, and friends through their writing, from grammar basics to full college essays.
