Hi! My name is Hannah and I am a freshman at IU Bloomington! MUSIC THEORY is a HARD class. I have taken it three times! I tutor the students in my music theory classes as well as my professor's students in his lower classes. I love sharing my knowledge of music and would like nothing more than to help others understand and love it as well. PROOFREADING is something I enjoy doing. Through proofreading all of my friends' essays over the years, I have gotten quite good at it. I am more than happy to proofread any essay sent my way. I LOVE MATH, I want to share my passion for problem solving and show others how it doesn't have to be frustrating and boring. My favorite things are my dog, my fish, the mountains, and school;) Math is my jam! I love algebra and problem solving... as someone who struggled with math for years I understand the frustration of misunderstanding. Fear not! I am so excited to help students overcome their struggles just like I did. I graduated from Evergreen High School in Colorado last year where I tutored many of my peers since sophomore year. After years of struggling with ADHD and poor test taking/studying skills, I finally figured out what works for me and I love to help other students figure out a good solution for themselves as well. I am majoring in Audio Engineering in the Jacobs School of Music, but I have always loved math and writing. I am planning on minoring in secondary education as well;) I am passionate about teaching and take every chance I get to help other students. I am a great editor (and I enjoy editing papers) and I have experience helping with essay writing, reading comprehension, and overall reading strategies. I would love to help students with any math between Algebra-I and Algebra II (or middle school math!).

A lot of my students study for exams (like SAT, GCSE, PSAT, AP courses), I teach a lot of secondary/middle school/high school Math. I also teach IB as it has a slightly different way of dealing with things. I teach beginners or graders (grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10...). I make sure I take my time to explain every step because this is where the foundation of math is laid and if it’s built wrongly that won’t be good as they go forward. For a point to note, I DON’T WRITE ONLINE EXAMS FOR STUDENTS. I help students to prepare for exams, and I make sure they get the most out of it, and my goal is to prepare them at point of 100/100 then the rest is left for them in the exam hall or maybe exam session. I teach some more courses like; English: If you need someone to talk to, in order to improve your grammar, I'm here for you Chemistry: Here I teach the beginners and the intermediate level, especially general chemistry, organic chem and IB chem.
