I have been tutoring for the past 7 years, and am an avid reader, writer and learner. My focus is mainly on essay writing, with a secondary emphasis on English. With clients, I aim to shape the way they are able to structure and articulate their thoughts, as I believe anyone can write well and effectively if the right focus is developed and techniques used.
I help students with things like mechanics, formatting, and structure. Whether a research paper, college admissions essay, or just a creative writing assignment, I have a proven record of success with students of all ages and learning styles. I view writing as a craft, and I tailor my teaching style based on this.

Just the right tutor to help!
Nick helped my son prepare a very important college essay for a PoliSci class. The experience was great! Instead of only focusing on the paper in hand, by reading a few previous essays, he was able to identify areas of opportunity and explore them while working on the essay. He helped with all stages of the essay, from understanding the brief, organizing the outline, and reviewing the outline after the professor's inputs through organizing the intro, body paragraphs, and conclusion. They had, in total, 3 sessions to complete the assignment, and I believe he achieved the essay while also contributing to raising my son's capabilities. We look forward to continuing to work with him. We highly recommend his services.
